COURT OF APPEAL RULES 2016 (PART 3): APPLICATIONS TO COURT - A TIME CONSCIOUS COURT?
This is the third part of the series on a comparative analysis of the new Court of Appeal Rules, 2016 with the 2011 Rules. As with previous posts, reference to the Old and new Rules relate to the 2011 and 2016 Rules respectively.
